Returns, refunds, cancellations.

Return the drive in good working condition by your due date, using the prepaid label in the box.

Before you ship it back, copy your files off and reformat the drive. Anything left on it can't be recovered once it ships.

We erase every returned drive.

You can cancel any time before the drive ships for a full refund of the rental fee, and the deposit hold is released. To cancel, contact us.

Return the drive within 5 days of delivery for a full refund of the rental fee.

Please note that the deposit is a temporary authorization, not a charge. It may show as pending on your statement while the drive is out and may temporarily reduce your available credit or account balance. When the drive comes back in good working condition we release the hold in full; your bank can take a few business days to clear it.

Late returns accrue a daily late fee, and damage beyond normal wear is charged from the deposit hold; the Rental Agreement (sections 4 and 5) has the details.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
